Last updated:

Bookings

All bookings must be made using the course titles listed on the website. Bilingual Learning Consultancy confirms acceptance of all bookings in writing, by letter, email or receipt. A booking is only accepted once it has been confirmed in writing.

Once a booking is confirmed, the client agrees to the booking and cancellation conditions set out on this page.

Amendments

Any extra charges are indicated at the time of booking. Items that are not included as standard are subject to availability. Additional items must be requested and confirmed in writing before they form part of the booking.

Changing Programme

A participant may move to a different programme after this agreement has been signed. Sixth year does not always run to plan, and a programme that suited the student in September may prove too demanding or not demanding enough later in the year.

A change of programme is requested from Sylwia and confirmed in writing. The fee, payment schedule and any remaining balance are recalculated to match the new programme from the date the change takes effect.

Booking Deposits

Full payment is required with each booking, in euros, and must be received at least before the start. Services are provided once payment is received.

Payment may be made by bank transfer. Please include your name in the payment reference.

Prices

The fee for classes is as listed on the website. The fee for the next month is payable in advance, and an invoice is issued every month.

Please include the participant's surname and the billing month in the payment reference.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a participant misses classes, that month's fee is non-refundable. All fees paid are non-refundable. Credits are at the discretion of Bilingual Learning Consultancy management.

Materials and Rights to Their Use

Materials provided may not be shared with third parties, except for presentation at the Leaving Certificate exam.

  4. Participants must turn on their cameras during classes.

Rights to Written Assignments

We may keep participants' written assignments for research. Parents consent to these assignments being published anonymously in research work.
